How to do recharge or other services?
With wallet fund you can do use any services from our portal.
How to take wallet fund?
Go to Wallet > Fund Request page.
There you can find bank details of icici and Kotak bank for IMPS, NEFT and we have UPI scan code also there.
After transfer fill form in Fund Request page and send with correct transaction id of your payment. Our Account team ll match details and approve in average 10 Minutes
How to do my profile KYC?
For Agent KYC, Please go to My Account > Upload document and upload your documents. Under 10 to 15 min team ll review and approve.
Can I take fund online by credit or debit card?
No, To stop fraud cases we had disabled online wallet fund request with credit or debit card or netbanking.
How I ll get commission on recharge?
We provide instant commission to your wallet. For eg: when you Rs.100 recharge with 3% Commission only Rs.97 will deduct from your wallet.!
What if recharge shows success but not received to customer?
In that case, Please go to recharge transaction table and click Dispute button. You will get refund in an hour if recharge status response from operator as Failed.
